While there are resources for all generations, the site was designed particularly with Baby Boomers and Gen-Xers in mind. It offers tons of resources for parents and professionals and enough community to help members to share and gain a better understanding of the more social aspects of the web -- what their children and -- for some of you -- even grandchildren take for granted today. We live in an interesting and rapidly changing time. Kids today view privacy differently from the over 30 crowd, as evidenced by the rapid adoption of Facebook, Twitter and Formspring. In starting over, after watching successful careers crumble before their eyes, the owners discovered that it is just not that easy to find the resources you need to start over and take those first steps.
